31 December 2019 marks the lodgement due date for the Queensland Building and Construction Commission's new annual reporting requirements.

All licensees regardless of their turnover category must submit their financial information for the 30 June 2019 financial year online via the myQBCC portal.

If you hold an individual contractor or builder license, as well as your company having a contractor or builder licences, both the individual and the company need to lodge annual financial information (even in the event that your individual turnover is nil).

For Category 4 - 7 licensees although MFR reports have already been provided to the QBCC they again have to be provided by 31 December 2019. This duplicate lodgement is only for the 2019 calendar year.
