Our business services team provides due diligence services to clients looking to determine the current market value of a business during the appraisal process. Should clients wish to proceed with an acquisition our team can also then provide advice on issues including the optimal entity structure in which to operate the business as well as commercial transaction matters such as shareholdings and taxation.

When engaged by clients selling their businesses key matters we provide advice on include those of Capital Gains Tax issues, Small Business Concession issues and accurate presentation and preparation of Special Purpose Financial Statements inline with applicable Australian Accounting Standards.

As there are many elements to consider before buying or selling any business our clients benefit from our team having built strong relationships with other professionals across Brisbane & the Gold Coast including financial institutions, solicitors, as well as insurance and business brokers.
